Ever tried a Shamrock Shake from McDonald’s? I’m not particularly proud of this, but I was a huge shamrock shake fan back in the day. If you’ve had one, you know. If you deny your feelings for them, you’re a liar. WHO ON EARTH DOESN’T ENJOY A MINTY MILKSHAKE?
Anywho, it’s March and soon your social newsfeeds will be cluttered with all. the. shakes. Everyone and their grandmother is having a conniption over ’em. And here we are, looking all sad and alone in our corner with no shamrock shake. *cringe* You can come out of the cave you crawled into because we have a vegan version right here. Oh, and it’s healthier, so you won’t feel sick over the 550 calories, 13 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 50 milligrams of cholesterol, 180 milligrams of sodium, no fiber, and 82 grams of sugar.
